Blessed are the Cheese Makers

During the Apartheid era the South African government was (rightly) subject to trade, economic and even sporting embargo’s.

Why then, is it acceptable for women to be legally classified as inferior in many Muslim states. In a lot of places they are actually treated worse than Black South Africans were under apartheid, despite this you see very little in terms of government condemnation. Let alone any form of trade or economic embargo.

Is it because many consider racism to be a worse crime than sexism?

Or possibly because of some other unforeseen reason… *cough* Oil *cough*

Human rights mean fuck all when they interfere with profit.
